MS work

and free gas (100%), as well as dissolved gases (up to 80 % of total volume).

Operation
principles of plant
The
principle of operation of the oil purification mobile station is as follows: by
means of the working fluid enters the pump inlet to the vacuum chamber through
the inlet filter (crude purity). Then spraying a liquid through a special
nozzle which located at the top of the
device's chamber. As a result, oil is sprayed a thin film over a large surface
area. The vacuum pump maintains an optimum level of vacuum in the chamber. The
pressure can be adjusted using a special reactor.
The
air stream is fed into the chamber and passes through the air filter, where it
is cleansed of impurities of various kinds. Passing through the choke, air
expands instantly (usually 3 times) as compared with its volume in the
environment. Due to this reduced relative humidity inside the chamber up to 1/3
of the index at the entrance.
Air
upflow vapor, gases are transferred from the surface, resulting in a
dehumidification and degassing of the oil. Then, the vacuum pump brings moist
air separator through the oil vapor into the atmosphere. Filtered oil
accumulates on the bottom of the chamber and then returned to the tank system,
passing through the outlet filter. Why choose us?
