Delivery and payment order
We deliver the goods both in Ukraine and
export to the CIS countries.
Terms of the international delivery:
Supply of goods to the CIS countries can be
carried out by self (EXW), and through the transport company (TNT Express).
Shipping cost - at the rate of the
company's carrier. After payment the goods are shipped together with the
accompanying documents.
Terms of delivery to Ukraine:
Shipping cost of small-sized goods Kiev -
30 UAH. The cost of delivery of bulk goods - 50 UAH.
In Kiev delivery is carried out by our courier
to your address within 1-3 working days if the goods in stock. In the absence
of the ordered goods in a warehouse in Kiev, the terms of delivery agreed upon
separately. delivery service operates on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. Delivery
on weekends and holidays possible for additional agreement.
Pickup in Kiev

Delivery in Ukraine
Sending orders to the regions of Ukraine is
carried out only after the payment of the goods. Delivery to regions of Ukraine
is carried out by companies-carriers:

(only for shipments from Kiev)
Nova Poshta http://novaposhta.ua/
Delivery time 3-5 days after receipt of
payment on account.
Shipping cost is formed by the carrier on
the basis of size, weight and destination.
Payment Methods
Cash (only for Kiev)
You pay for your order when it is received
in cash to the courier. All calculations are made in national currency. Upon
delivery of the goods by our courier you get a receipt with all the details,
which is also a warranty card. Completeness check of the goods delivered to you
until the moment of reckoning with the courier.
Upon receipt of the order carefully
consider the product, make sure that there are no visible physical damage. If
due to circumstances beyond our control you refuse the order at the time of
actual receipt, you pay the cost of shipping. If you can not accept the
courier, and get the order at the time you, notify your manager in advance.
Bank transfer
Payment is made at the bank
"Privatbank" in your city through "Privat Money" system.
Details on the payment you will receive after you will contact manager, and you
confirm the order (sure to leave your contact phone number when ordering).
Cashless payments
Customers order and account manager
prepares c VAT and sends it to the customer (fax or email). On the basis of an
invoice the buyer makes the payment within 3 days. After receiving the money to
an account manager will contact the buyer and stipulates the manner, place and
time of delivery of the goods.
Attention! When returning the product for
all costs associated with the shipment of goods (by trucking companies), or
sending money (all banking operations) takes over the buyer.
