The principle of desiccant dryer
Operation of the adsorption installation is
alternately the adsorption columns, which produces dehumidification. While one
column of dry air, and the other goes through the self-regeneration of the warm
air circulation.
At the outlet of the adsorption dryer
receive air from the high pressure dew point -40°C ..- 70°C and ambient
temperature.

The adsorption dryers offer dew points from - 40°C to -70°C allowing
accurate and efficient operation in many critical applications such as the
chemical-pharmaceutical, food, electronic, automotive industries or in
external, low temperature installations. All this within a
compact and technologically-advanced package.
The
compressed air is dried alternately by the 2 cartridges, which are regenerated
via a small part of the air already treated, when the absorbent material
becomes saturated with moisture.

the desiccant, the wall protects against humidity, to extend the adsorbent
life. It is advisable to install before installing adsorption refrigerant
dryer.
To order a adsorption dryer of cold
regeneration and to ensure coordinated work, the air flow must not drop by more
than 30% of the rated capacity of the desiccant.
