Separation of free Condensate from Compressed Air

Compressed air contains an impressive amount of moisture, which leads to a
violation of the process. 
To make the preliminary removal of water from the
mains using a dehumidifier for the compressor. It is also called the air-oil
separator.
The centrifugal separator pair works on
this principle: moisture removal occurs due to the rotation of the centrifugal
impeller, which is mounted inside the unit. Thus, the liquid droplets enter the
air collector a1i and compressed air filter cleans the process air. Moisture is
expelled when there are mechanical or automatic traps.
Important! Installing the filter of
moisture-oil unit displays up to 99% of the moisture from the compressed air,
provided the installation guidelines.
