Grease Filters

Grease filters are used for removal oil vapors in the kitchens of major catering enterprises, as well as for preliminary rough filtration in supply ventilation systems.

The housing is made of metal with a polymer coating that provides resistance to the temperature, corrosion and mechanical damage.

Tape cartridge of grease filter is made of galvanized steel framework inside which there is a layer of corrugated grid. Grids may be galvanized or stainless steel metal.

Application

Typically, grease filters for exhaust systems are used on the cooking zones. Cassette cartridges may be in the form of a filter-mounted box or directly into the duct.

Standard cassette version:

• 7 individually corrugated grids;
• 3 grids with progressive structure (first, larger particles are retained, then - less);

• purification efficiency- G3.
