There are potentially harmful
micro-particles of substances in the crude compressed air, the concentration of
which must be reduced. In an industry where it is necessary preparation of
technical gases, the poor quality of the work environment - is unacceptable. In
some cases, purification is necessary only fractions of solid, and sometimes
need to filter the gas from the vapor, oil-free, moisture particles and reduce
the temperature of the dew point.
Standard compressed air filters effectively
cope in the case of nitrogen treatment, at least - in the filtration of inert
environments. For this reason, they are not suitable for preparing high quality
hydrocarbon compounds, amines, hydrogen, argon, oxygen and others gases of specific
purpose.

The design of the filter element
Inside each filter is 1 or more filter-elements,
depending on the type of process gas to be cleansed. They are fixed inside the
housing structure by bonding a rod made of stainless steel.
