Dust cleaning filter is a unit in the form of compact dust collectors. It takes only one cartridge for clean air volume up to 2500 m³/h. Depending on the area clean the air, it is possible to increase the number of filter elements.

The cartridge has a especial shape - two conical element combined together. This makes cleaning more efficient. Compressed air enters through the annular nozzle formed by a recess used as the filter surface. Due to this, the purified air rises to the top of the device.

Common Cartridge has 2 cells, which in turn cleared the jet momentum, without interrupting the filtering process. Maximum operating temperature is 80 °C.

Filter media

Air cleaning from wood dust filter equipped with innovative filter material which consists of fibers and nonwoven polyester felt. The filter is equipped with vacuum aspiration antistatic, oil- or water-repellent membrane with a special coating.
