to a class type with refrigerated dryers capacity range of 22 to 204 m3/min at
a maximum pressure of 16 bar.
Maximum temperature of the incoming compressed
air dryers is + 65°C, which is significantly higher than that provided by other
manufacturers. The maximum index ambient temperature is + 430°C. High operating
parameters of compressed air achieved by using a specially designed heat
exchanger.
The principle of the dryer Dry Power
The process of drying compressed air to the
cold dryer is due to the cooling of the air masses of compressed air. During
the cooling of the water molecules lose kinetic energy, whereby the interaction
between the molecules begins to dominate the chaotic traffic.
As a result - the water molecules form
water droplets. When they reach a certain size, then under the attraction force
of moisture deposited on the walls of the heat exchanger. This is called
condensation. After the air heat exchanger is supplied to the separation, where
the final separation and removal of moisture.

The cooling
circuit compressed air dryer
Dehumidifiers
of compressed air lines Dry Power operate on a freon cooling. The heart of
every refrigeration dryer is a freon compressor. The refrigeration circuit is
applied capillary tube, so that there is no need for seasonal adjustments. The
upper capacitor helps to reduce pollution.
The
compressed vapors enter the condenser where the moisture settles. The capacitor
can be air or water cooled. The air condenser is a plate heat exchanger that is
cooled by air flow from the blower motor.
After the
condenser, liquid refrigerant passes through the filter-drier into a capillary
for further reduction of the pressure to the boiling point. The substance boils
in the tubes of the evaporator, thereby cooling the compressed air. Then the
refrigerant vapor absorbed by the compressor and the cycle repeats.
