Refrigeration Air Dryers DryPro
Industrial dryers Dry Pro series are
designed specifically for use in high performance - from 220 to 760 m³/min. To
achieve maximum efficiency in these devices are involved, several cooling
compressors.
All models are equipped with high efficiency scroll compressors and are fitted with
the innovative DRYSTREAM exchanger able to guarantee extremely low dew points
in all conditions as well as reducing pressure drops to a minimum along with
energy consumption.
The very design of the refrigerated dryer
DryPro is a vessel made of carbon steel. It has an internal coating of a
durable plastics material. Inside it, and the heat exchangers.
Thanks to DRYBLOCK manufacturer skillfully
combined at once two types of mechanism: air heat exchanger/air and air/refrigerant.
On top of the dryer is the compressor and
control console. A mounted on the output increased water separator (demister)
which provides excellent water droplet removal from the system. Also, all
models of dehumidifiers DryPro line set traps, which resets the accumulated
moisture in the automatic mode, without any loss.
