Filler Breathers from NEW FILTER
Tank filler breather is designed for filtration of
working fluid before it enters to the hydraulic tank. 
The device is equipped
with a strainer (coarse). Usually, it is combined in a single unit with a
breather, which simplifies maintenance and reduces the cost of construction of
the hydraulic tank.
Breather filter -
a special device, which is installed on top of the hydraulic tank and is
designed to clean the air from entering the mechanical micro-particles of pollution
in the working substance.
NEW FILTER supplies the filler breathers when
the fine filtering is 10 and 40 microns. This filter is able to pass a working
substance in both directions. After emptying the hydraulic tank pressure
therein becomes lower than the pressure of the external environment and the
purified substance enters the container.

Filler breather must be mounted on the
hydraulic tank lid to ensure the flow of oil in the fuel system. To forestall
getting into the working fluid of coarse fractions, dust, mechanical particles
inside the filter is a metal screen bulb.
Thus, the filler breather efficiently cleans the oil enters in the hydraulic system. In case of
contamination replaceable filter elements are removed from the filter and
replace with new ones.
Breathing filter consists of structural
components, such as:

• membrane filter element;
• protective cap;
• cuff for welding.
