Hydraulic Pressure Gauges from NEW FILTER

Hydraulic Pressure Indicators are used to measure the performance of the working fluid in the system static pressure (oil, gas, water, etc.). Inside of this product is the damping fluid which is designed to anticipate the premature failure of the device due to continuous vibrating load, and pulsations. Experts are divided hydraulic pressure gauges on these types:

• radial;

• front.

Reinforced gauge mechanism is capable withstanding 4-fold load, and impact-resistant glass is designed for resistance to mechanical damage and accidental shocks.

The principle of operation of the Clogging Indicators

Operating principle of the hydraulic pressure gauge is balancing force by elastic deformation, which enables the tubular spring. Or, this effect is achieved through bilaminar sensitive membrane, which is sealed at one end into the holder, and the other is related to the mechanism that converts linear motion sensor to move the arrow on the dial.

 

Radial Pressure Indicators

Radial-vibration gauges are filled with glycerol to improve the accuracy of measurements, as well as reducing the negative impact of \vibrations to a minimum level, which also affects the results.

Front Pressure Gauge

This type of pressure gauge is also filled with glycerol, to achieve greater measurement accuracy and reduce vibration.
