Carbon Compact Filters for Ventilation
Activated
carbon filters are used for the separation of gaseous air contamination, for
the removal of odours and adsorption of noxious gases.
Compact carbon filters ensure high
performance and efficiency of air purification, at a relatively low pressure
drop. The filter constructively consists of strength body inside of which are filter
bags which angled to the direction of airflow. Also, body has a flange, which
is provided by installing a sealed structure in an aperture cameras.
Filter material of compact filter - is
filled with polyester fibers of the minipleating carbon sorbent granules. Thus,
the material provides rigidity, preventing the removal of carbon granules.

Features of compact carbon filter
The compact carbon filter is different from
previous types of products more filter surface. This is achieved by corrugation
of the material with a carbon sorbent. Shirring is ensured by the new pleat
line of JCEM GmbH brand.
Initial resistance is 50 Pa. Filter life
6-12 months. Compact carbon filters are characterized by high performance when
capturing odors, gases and chemical fumes.
The design of this filter is completely
airtight, allowing even anticipate the most minimal leakage of harmful
substances in the ventilation system.
Maximum operating filtration temperature 30
°C, and the rate of humidity - 60%.
Filtering degree of carbon filter
These products belong to the class of fine
filters. In comparison with conventional bag filters they have a large working
area of filtration, and
low aerodynamic drag. All this leads to the service life is significantly
longer.
