Panel Carbon Filters for Ventilation
Carbon folded (cellular) filters are used
for removal odors from the air, gaseous
and vapor contaminants. Installed in exhaust systems of supply and
recirculation air-conditioning, ventilation of premises both domestic and
industrial use.
Using a panel carbon filter ensures clean
air to the required sanitary standards, and improve the quality of ventilation
in rooms with high comfort.
Thus, the panel (cassette) carbon filters

Cellular carbon filter consists of a robust
body, which is located inside the filter sorption material (stacked by folds).
To prevent sticking of neighboring folds of material between them is laid a
thin layer of corrugated aluminum.
The filter bag with sorption material
(carbon) is sealed in a galvanized body filters due to the gasket. Products are
also available, which are filled with sealant around the perimeter.
Filter material has a structure of
polyester fibers, between which is filled with activated carbon in the form of
small granules such fibers provide the framework basis, preventing the removal
of carbon granules outside the filter layer.
