Pre Filtration Mats G4 from NEW FILTER

Filtration mats are manufactured from filter materials constituting the nonwoven fabric (100% synthetic polyester fibers), made by thermal bonding at a temperature above 100°C. Thanks to a special progressive structure, G4 filter material guarantees high dust capacity and effectiveness of air purification.

G4 Material characteristics

• Tested according to EN 779:2012
• Temperature resistant up to max. 80°C
• Shatter-proof synthetic fibres
• Humidity resistant up to 100% r. h.
• Fire prevention requirements according to DIN 53438-3 (F1)
• Contains no silicone or other lacquer harming substances

 

Filtration Mats VERFILTAN

VERFILTAN filter material is a protective layer of glass slightly oiled, G4 class purification.

  Verfiltan V2 - has a special impregnation of oil formulations, delaying the dust particles.

  Verfiltan V4 - the material doesn't have oil impregnation, due to what is ideal for enamel. It can also be used for pre-treatment of compressed air in compressors and another devices.

Filtration Mats SYNFASAN

SYNFASAN U15 - U50 are outlet-side compressed polyester nonwoven filter media available in Filter Classes G3 - G4 according to EN 779.

It is also permissible manufacturing G4 frame filter in a plastic or metal frame.

Manufacturing filters framing grid on both sides. Products don't contain environmentally harmful materials.

SYNFASAN® C2 - C5G are synthetic-fibre nonwovens compressed on their outlet side to varying degrees of compression, satisfying EN 779 Filter Classes up to M5.

These filters are also installed on the clean air side. Besides, C5 S5G further special feature adhesive that allows better capture dust.

Synfasan C3 is equipped with an additional non-woven protective layer on one side.

Synfasan C5 is equipped with an oiled surface for better dust delay. Ideal for pre-filtration in spray booths.
